Inner Medicine Retreat: Embracing The Unknown
with edmund Knighton & Timothy Tillman
We invite you on a nourishing journey into inner and outer landscapes—where breath, movement, stillness, nature, and darkness become allies in surrendering and remembering, to inspire your next step.
During this 5-day residential retreat high in the Rocky Mountains, we will slow down and enter a shared awareness to listen deeply, dissolve old patterns, and awaken inner medicine.
Through embodied practices, playful exercises in the wild, silent reflection, and a guided full-day darkness retreat, you’ll return to your own aliveness, inviting grace to move through you. You will be supported by two experienced somatic facilitators —Edmund and Timothy, and by the medicine of the land herself.
This retreat is rooted in the balance between full acceptance of what is, and the deep wisdom of change: the moment where something in you knows it’s time to step out of the old story and into a new becoming.
All humans are welcome!

Hear from past participants:
“This retreat is a unique experience to connect with other like-minded individuals on a beautiful remote mountain property. An opportunity to go inwards and share deeply with others, while playing and laughing a lot along the way.” - Tom K.
“This was my first ever retreat, didn’t really know what to expect, never meditated before or believed in it. With Timothy and Edmund’s guidance, I was able to slow my pace down through meditation and really go deep within. If you’re even considering in participating, do yourself a favor and take the leap. You will not be disappointed.” Brian B.
“Grateful for the experience, the blindfold fast combination was powerful — the activities leading up to the blind fast set the stage well. The care of Timothy and Edmund during the retreat was exceptional.” - Erin S.
“I found myself being led deeper and deeper into my heart, and gained skills for living from a more central focus. I can remember few, (if any), occasions in my life when I have felt so completely immersed in experiencing mutual respect, admiration, inspiration and love. Looking forward to the next opportunity to be with Timothy, Edmund.” - D.T.
“If you want a chance to unplug and go inside, this provides a container to go inside yet not feel alone or disconnected from the oneness.” Blake J.
“Life To Me:
The storm surrounds—I’m tossed, afraid,
A victim of the world it made.
Life For Me:
Then comes a shift—I start to see,
Each trial holds a gift for me.
Life By Me:
With will I rise, my path I steer,
I shape my world and cast out fear.
Life Through Me:
A vessel now, the current flows,
Life speaks in me—through me it grows.
Life As Me:
No lines remain, no self to name,
I am the fire, the breath, the flame.””
